Annual Banquet
Admission to the black-tie optional event is included as part of paid registration for delegates and spouses/significant others. Other Convention attendees, such as exhibitors and press, are invited to purchase their tickets in advance. Please contact our office at 212-766-4007. Please note that no tickets will be
available on-site and no tickets will be sold to non-Convention attendees.

You must register by Feb. 22, 2010 to be included in the on-site attendee list. 

Cancellation Policy
C
ancellations must be received in writing by Friday, February 12, 2010 to qualify for a refund.  A $95 administration fee will be deducted. Replacements are always welcome
