Rob Hart has 12 years of experience developing and leading energy efficiency initiatives and projects in the commercial and industrial (C&I) sectors. In his current role, he provides energy coaching support for multiple demand-side management programs. Rob has coached more than 40 C&I sites through three SEM programs, including customer segments such as aerospace, food processing, glass and aluminum bottling, metals and mining, timber and wood, higher education, K-12 schools, and water/wastewater.

Ricondo

Eli Ricondo, Engineer and Project Manager, Cascade Energy

Eli Ricondo is a skilled energy efficiency engineer and project manager, with expertise in energy project development and management, technical consulting, strategic energy management (SEM), client relationship management, and market outreach. In his current role, Eli delivers Pacific Gas and Electric’s Industrial Systems Optimization Program (PG&E ISOP) to California food processing, manufacturing, and warehouse customers.
