Chairil McClain, Senior Director, Beverage Innovation, BUNN

Chairil first gained her love for coffee working as a Wholesale Account Manager for one of the biggest names in third-wave specialty coffee. She continued this passion when she joined BUNN. Chairil was a Product Manager at BUNN and led the development of cold brew and cold coffee solutions, dispensed water products, and water filtration. Her desire for learning and sharpening her brewing mastery skills have only grown.

In her current role of Senior Director, Market Insights & Portfolio Strategy, she keeps a keen eye on market and consumer trends, analyzes new developments in the beverage space, and works in close collaboration with cross-functional teams and customers to help optimize their products. A life-long learner, Chairil continues to sharpen her sensory and brewing mastery skills through trade association programs and industry engagement.
