NEW YORK| MARCH 7, 2024 - The National Coffee Association (NCA) elected Jonathan White as its new Chair, taking over from outgoing Chair Robert Menos. Nathalie Gabbay was elected to replace Jonathan White as Vice Chair.
Jonathan White is Executive Vice President at White Coffee Corporation, a third-generation family-owned coffee roaster. He has been with White Coffee for thirty-three years, after practicing law in New York City. Jonathan has been on the NCA Board of Directors since 2019 and served as Vice Chair from 2022 to 2024.
Nathalie Gabbay is President at RGC Coffee, a purpose-driven, family-owned coffee trader, where she has worked for more than 20 years. Nathalie has been an NCA Board of Directors member for more than 5 years, and previously served two terms on the Board of the Specialty Coffee Association of America.
NCA President and CEO William “Bill” Murray commented:
“The NCA team congratulates Jonathan White and Nathalie Gabbay on their new roles as Chair and Vice Chair of the NCA Board of Directors. Both are already integral members of the Board and have worked tirelessly to ensure the success of NCA and the wider coffee industry and community.

Jonathan White commented:
