What you need to know about the SOE Final Rule
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) enacted the Strengthening Organic Enforcement (SOE) Final Rule to combat organic fraud, which has long plagued the organic agricultural product (OAP) supply chain. USDA enforcement of the Rule began on March 19, 2024.
Regardless of your company’s position in the coffee supply chain, the Rule will affect your organic operations.
